Thank you for the reply, nert! Somehow I must not have seen you’d answered and then just now I was (once again) looking for a video to show someone to introduce them to OP. So I was really happy to see you’d answered me and I’d missed it!

I can’t blame you for balking at the expenditure of time and not knowing how to go about it all but I’m still hoping SOMEDAY there will be another one :) Thank you again a thousand times over! :D

Do you have any more pictures of the Armitage III costume? I’ve seen three or four on DeviantArt, and I liked it so much I just had to ask (I know you know which one I’m talking about, as it was too amazing for me to be referring to any other lol)

mika: I have toyed with a few ideas for some, though it is the sheer amount of work I’d have to put in to subclip the extra several hundred episodes first that stops me ;) Also the way I do things now is quite different and I can’t easily find a way of translating the old clip cuts across so I might have to do everything from the beginning! D:

Not to say it won’t happen, just not until I can afford to lose another six months of my life ;)

I’m a ridiculously huge OP fan and Sail On is still my favorite OP AMV of all time. It is so perfectly done to encompass the feeling of One Piece and I rewatch it a lot– sometimes years or months between, and sometimes several times in a week. It’s one of the videos I use whenever I want to introduce someone to One Piece without giving away major spoilers.

It sounds like a crazy amount of work went into this (and you can really tell with the quality of it!) but I have to ask anyway– is there aaaaaany way in the future that maybe there will be another epic OP AMV from you? *puppy dog eyes* I’ve always secretly been hoping there would be another OP AMV like this made for more recent timelines. I know you would do an incredible job if you did. (And if it turns out you have made more OP AMVs since Sail On and I missed them, I’d love the name or link!)

I’m really glad I came across this blog because I’ve been wanting to ask that question for years lol

Anyway, regardless– seriously, above par job on this one. I can’t tell you how much I love Sail On. If I ever got to a point where I could have only ever keep a link/copy of ONE op amv, it would be this.
